Without it, we rely on external regulation (meds, drugs, alcohol, food, etc.). Together, we can ensure you stop repeating the same patterns, improve your self-worth, and improve your relationships with others.
My practice has a focus on helping those who want to explore how their past may impact their present. My practice focuses on first responders, active-duty military, veterans, and medical professionals. I am level II EMDR trained and have the ability to practice this virtually.
